Hoy están teniendo lugar los exámenes oficiales del Trinity College que hemos ido preparando a lo largo de este mes de Julio. Cuando acaben los exámenes, disfrutaremos de la piscina y también, al igual que todos los días, haremos un poco de deporte.
Today, the official exams from Trinity College are taking place. We have been preparing them throughout this July. Once the exams are over, we will enjoy the pool and, like everyday, we will have sport afterwards.
La nochevieja veraniega se vio en parte interrumpida por la lluvia pero no impidió que nos los pasaramos genial esa noche. Vimos el vídeo de las campanadas todos juntos y nos tomamos nuestras uvas con unos lacasitos. Después, el viernes por la noche hicimos unos juegos. Antes, por la tarde, tuvimos la función en los Arts&Crafts. A lo largo de la semana habíamos ido preparando el circo. Tuvimos a los irlandeses cantando, a los pequeños vestidos con caretas y gorros que ellos mismos habían hecho y también actuaciones de los demás alumnos. El sábado tuvimos juegos y talleres por la mañana mientras que por la tarde fuimos a montar a caballo.
Even though our New Year’s Eve was interrupted by rain, it didn’t prevent us from having great fun that night. We watched the countdown video all together and we had our grapes, but this time we ate smarties. After that, on Friday night, we played some games. Throughout the week we had been getting the circus ready. In our very own circus we had a performance by the Irish students singing in Spanish. Additionaly, we dressed the little kids up with masks and hats, which they made by themselves. The other students also took part in the acting. On Saturday morning we played games and in the afternoon went horse riding.
Esta semana hemos comenzando a preparar durante los Arts&Crafts un circo para representarlo. En clase, ya ha comenzado la preparación específica para los exámenes oficiales del Trinity College de la última semana. Ayer por la noche, vimos una película antes de ir a la cama.
This week we are preparing a circus in Arts&Crafts. The lessons now are aimed to the official exams of Trinity College, which will take place last week. Last night, we watched a film before going to bed.

Ayer por la noche tuvimos nuestro juego de Halloween y todos nos disfrazamos. Tuvimos que meternos en la pisicina y luego encontrar unas pistas para montar el esqueleto. Después de todo esto, ¿quién encontró la vuvuzela y ganó? Esta noche tenemos una noche temática Hawaiana en la pisicina. Os dejamos unas fotos de la noche pasada.
Last night we had our own Halloween game. We all got dressed up. We had to go into the pool to find some pumpkins and later on find some clues to assemble an skeleton. So, at the end, who found the vuvuzela and won? Tonight we are having an Hawaiian night in the pool. We show all of you some photos from last night.
En el día de ayer seguimos preparando en los Arts&Crafts la representación del viernes, una adaptación de una historia. Unos grupos actúan, otros preparan una canción y otros elaboran el decorado. También hay un grupo que está preparando una noche ibicenca, para este jueves. El sábado tendremos unas Olimpiadas Medievales diferentes al Mundial de fútbol del sábado pasado. Por la noche vimos una película y en estos momentos estamos con los juegos de mesa.
We kept getting ready the performance for Friday on the Arts&Crafts. We will be performing an adaptation from a story. Some of the groups are going to act, some others are going to sing and another is making the scenery. There is also a group preparing a night whose topic is Ibiza. On Saturday we are going to have Medieval Olympics. These are completely different from last Saturday’s football worldcup. At night we watched a movie and now we are in Board Games.
